I know I said this would be a monthly newsletter, but some of my favorite local spots are hosting events this week(end), and I wanted to share. So cheers to two letters in two weeks! š„

Granru Marketās partnering with Second Touch for a vintage pop-up event on October 8th & 9th. Stop by Granruās Flatbush location to pick out some carefully curated vintage pieces. Some of their items are NYP (Name Your Price) so you can negotiate prices on some of the pieces onsite!
On Thursday, October 13th Annieās Blue Ribbon General Store is hosting a book signing for āAccidentally Wes Anderson Postcardsā, a collection of 26 removable, sendable, frameable postcards in a hardbound book. Event starts at 5pm, and you can pre-order the book here š.
Sweetbee Cafe & Bar in Clinton Hill is hosting a Groupmuse series this weekend, and violinist/vocalist Alexandria Hill will be performing at the cafe on Saturday, October 8. Event starts at 5pm. You can reserve a spot here for $5 ($20 at the door) and try out one of their amazing lattes (get the Sweetbee and thank me later) or enjoy a glass of wine in their backyard. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will also be available for purchase.
